ORDER
Consequent upon declaration of name of Shri Lalit Kumar Dahima and Shri Basant Kurrey as ‘Unconditional and Final’ by UPSC, and appointment to IAS of Madhya Pradesh Cadre from State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of their name in the Select List of 2016 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/13/2017-AIS-(1) B dated 09.01.2017 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Madhya Pradesh vide their letter No. E-1/2/2017/5/1 dated 11.01.2018, the seniority/year of allotment of Shri Lalit Kumar Dahima and Shri Basant Kurrey have been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:

2. Select List of 2016 (Against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2016 to 31.12.2016)
2.1 As per Rule 4 of the lAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officer mentioned at SI.No. 1 in the Select List of 2016 shall be placed below Shri Alok Kumar Singh, a junior most promotee IAS officer of 2008 batch (SCS officer of SL of 2015) and above Shri Shamimudin, promotee lAS officer of 2008 batch (Non-SCS category IAS officer) of Madhya Pradesh Cadre.
2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officer mentioned at SI. No. 2 in the Select List of 2016 shall be placed below Shri Ram Pratap Singh Jadon, a junior most promotee IAS officer of 2010 batch (SL -2016) and above Shri Sandeep Kumar Mawkin, a promotee lAS officer of 2010 batch (SL -2016) of Madhya Pradesh Cadre.
3.This issues in continuation of this Department’s order of even number dated 16.06.2017.
4.The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
